Summary
The League of Nations had started to fall. The USA did not join the League of Nations which eventually was a reason that led to its demise. Germany joined in 1926 but pulled out in 1933. There was a lack of enforcement in economic sanctions, and it was also too closely linked to the Treaty of Versailles. Nationalism was also too strong since the big guys did not like the smaller guys telling them what to do.
