Summary
The people of Russia were unpleased with the way the Tsar was ruling. There was not enough funds or food for the peasants which made them very aggravated. This lead to the revolutions in Feb.(March) and Oct.(Nov.) and the abdication of the Tsar. The people wanted provisional government which was lead by Prince Lvov. Lenin returns from exile with help from the Germans.
